Recently, John lead a consulting team who, through their training and development expertise, were instrumental in increasing revenue and profitability in the Native American gaming operations of the Quinault Tribe, Muckleshoot tribe, Elk Valley Rancheria and the Shoshone Bannock tribe.
John’s current projects include a consulting in law practice management, and providing training and development for a start-up parking enforcement company.

Vickie has over 12 years experience in training and development, project administration, leadership coaching, and employee assessment, and serves as a coach, trainer, and coordinator for Talent Blueprint and its clients. In addition, Vickie is proficient and skilled in creating media content and conceptual design.
Vickie Kolias spent a decade as a Corporate Training Resource Manager for Ameristar Casinos. At Ameristar she collaborated with training departments and strategic partners to analyze needs of the organization, set training objectives, develop materials, structure and validate courses and evaluate effectiveness of courses. Kolias tracked and analyzed training programs by examining learner’s satisfaction levels, proficiency testing and job performance and recommended training opportunities for team members to assist them in achieving business goals and objectives.
Vickie has worked for and with many different types of businesses, and as such, she has come to believe that she sound principled business practices can pertain to many if not all companies - the major difference is how one communicates and implements the necessary changes to a variety of personalities and company cultures.
