A race that quadrupled in size.
Riyadh Marathon started small and didn’t stay that way. Runner numbers grew from around 10,000 in 2022 to over 40,000 by 2025, and the workforce had to scale with it every single year.
Each edition meant a pre-dawn operation, with road closures from around 3:30am, alongside a multi-day expo for bib collection ahead of race day itself. Talent Blueprint supplied technically skilled operations and production staff on the recruitment site, plus ushers and crowd management personnel across four race distances (42K, 21K, 10K, 4K) and the full loop course through Riyadh.
