NEOM Beach Games doesn’t run in a stadium. It runs across four to five separate sites scattered through undeveloped desert and coastline, from triathlon at Seham Bay to climbing in the Hisma Desert. Each edition ran sequentially across sites, sometimes for seven weeks at a time.
With 800 to 1,000 athletes and staff from 25+ countries on site, and no local infrastructure to lean on, staff had to be transported in from NEOM communities each day. Talent Blueprint supplied teams across competition and football operations, venue operations and infrastructure, event services and logistics, safety, security and access, fan experience and ceremonies, media and broadcast, technology, ticketing, hospitality and protocol, commercial, marketing and communications, workforce and people, and planning and readiness, at every site, every edition.
