The Cultural Food Festival ran across three cities in one season: Al-Khobar, Riyadh, then Jeddah. Each leg ran five days. Only three days sat between them.
That left no room to rebuild the team from scratch each time. Talent Blueprint supplied managers across ticketing, hospitality and protocol, plus safety, security and access staff. Logistics, workforce and people support, and site operations covering cleaning, waste and power infrastructure rounded out the team. Ushers and crowd management were on site for every leg.
